摘要
随着我国卫生事业的发展,医疗护理业务量成倍增加,护士人力相对不足,因而催生了护工这个新生行业。而对于护工这样一个特殊的群体,必须进行法制化管理,才能更好地发挥其作用。
With the development of Chinese health care,the volume of medical care service multiplied.Due to relatively lack of nurses,a new industry of nursing workers developed.For such a special group,we must carry out standardization management methods to ensure nursing workers can play their roles better.
