益母草、野菊花单方与复方水煎液对高血压模型大鼠降压作用的比较

Comparison of Antihypertensive Effect of Leonurus Japonicus Decoction,Wild Chrysanthemum Decoction and Compound Decoction of Them on Hypertensive Rats

目的 :研究比较益母草、野菊花的单方水煎液与复方水煎液对高血压大鼠的降压作用。方法 :将30只大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、阳性对照组、益母草单方组、野菊花单方组、复方实验组,每组6只。通过皮下注射丙酸睾酮法建立高血压大鼠模型,灌胃分别给予中药单方、复方水煎液,观察大鼠血压变化。结果:益母草、野菊花单方水煎液与复方水煎液对高血压大鼠均有一定的降压作用,其中复方水煎液降血压的趋势更为明显。结论:益母草、野菊花复方水煎液的降压作用比单方水煎液降压作用明显。

Objective：To study the antihypertensive effect of leonurus japonicus decoction,wild chrysanthemum decoction and their compound decoction on hypertensive rats. Methods：Thirty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：the blank control group,the positive control group,the leonurus japonicus decoction group,the wild chrysanthemum decoction group and the mixture group. There were 6 rats in each group.The hypertensive rats models were built by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate and leonurus japonicus decoction,wild chrysanthemum decoction and their mixture were administered by gavage. Then the changes of the blood pressure of the rats were observed. Results：All of the leonurus japonicus decoction,wild chrysanthemum decoction and their mixture had antihypertensive effect on the hypertensive rats. The effect of the mixture was more significant. Conclusion：The antihypertensive effect of the mixture of leonurus japonicus and wild chrysanthemum was more significant than the single prescription of each of them.
