摘要
故障树编码故障诊断方法在于故障原因的自动推理和快速定位。论文构建了故障自动推理编码规则,将故障树转换成一系列可操作的且具有一定逻辑关系的编码,实现故障快速自动推理和诊断。通过某型炸弹不能正常投放故障推理实例验证,表明该方法推理有效,能够实现装备一线故障诊断和故障部件的快速定位。
Fault tree diagnosis method means automatic fault inference and rapidly diagnose.The paper establish the automatic inference cod-ing rule, transform he fault tree into a series of operable and the logical codes, and the automatic fault inference and diagnose were realized.According to the practical example verification of a bomb dropping fault, the study was performed. The study showed that this rule has the clear hierarchical structure and the strong logicality, and the method will implement the fault inference and fault rapid diagnose of equipment with first line levels.
