摘要
涡流传感器线圈完成信号收发,是涡流传感器的重要组成部分。为使涡流传感器具有更高的量程和线性度,论文对涡流传感器线圈轴向磁场进行研究。通过分析可知涡流传感器线圈轴向磁场与线圈内外径和轴向厚度有关。采用单一变量法进行研究可知,若要提高传感器的量程与线性范围,可通过增大传感器的外径实现;若要提高传感器的灵敏度,可通过减小线圈的轴向厚度和外径、增大线圈内径实现。本文为涡流传感器的后续研究奠定基础。
Coil of eddy current sensor is an important component of the sensor, which is used for signal transceiver. The axial magnetic field of sensor coil is researched to make the eddy current sensor have a higher range and linearity. The axial magnetic field of sensor coil is related to the inner diameter, outer diameter and axial thickness of the coil. The method of single variate is used to analyze the coil effect on the magnetic field. The range and linearity can be improved by increasing the outer diameter of the coil. Sensitivity can be improved by reducing the outer diameter, axial thickness of the coil and increasing the inner diameter of the coil. The study in this thesis lays the foundation for the follow-up work.
