摘要
论文结合多年在工程公司从事档案管理的工作经历,就档案信息化建设及国内应用水平分析进行了阐述,基于上述信息就中冶南方在多年档案信息化建设及应用的情况进行了详见的分析,描述了在企业档案信息化应用系统对档案管理水平促进取得的积极作用,同时也列出了主要存在的问题,提出了未来档案信息化建设中需要继续关注的重点及最终实现知识管理目标,论文对一般企业做档案管理及档案信息化建设有着积极的指导作用。
