区域生态足迹与可持续发展能力评价——以恭城国家可持续发展实验区为例

生态足迹模型通过将人类的全部消费所占用的生态足迹与自己所拥有的生态容量相比较来反映人类活动对生态系统的压力,是近年来较为流行的评价区域可持续发展能力的定量方法。本文运用生态足迹模型,对恭城实验区2001——2012年的生态足迹进行计算和动态分析,并引入万元GDP生态足迹、生态足迹多样性指数以及生态经济系统发展能力指标对其可持续发展能力进行评价分析。结果显示,恭城实验区2001——2012年间呈生态赤字状态,且人均生态赤字逐年增加,生态供需矛盾不断加剧。万元GDP生态足迹呈下降趋势,生态足迹多样性指数呈微幅上升趋势,而生态经济系统发展能力则有明显的提高,表明恭城实验区可持续发展能力正处于以资源消耗为基础的较低水平向高水平发展的过渡阶段。

Ecological footprint model reflects the pressure of human activities on the ecosystem by comparing the ecological footprint of all human consumption occupies and the ecological capacity of that one has. It is a new prevailing method used to quantify the sustainable development capacity of a area.ln this paper, the author used the ecological footprint model to calculate and dynamic analysis the ecological footprint of GongCheng CNSCs from the year 2001 to 2012. At the same time,the author introduced the ecological footprint pea ten thousand yuan GDP,diversity of the ecological footprint,and the ecological economic system development ability to evaluate the sustainable development capacity of Gongcheng CNSCs.The results showed that Gongcheng CNSCs was in a state of ecological deficit for 12 years and the per capita ecological deficit increased year by year. The imbalance between supply and demand of Gongcheng CNSCs was being aggravated constantly.The ecological footprint pea ten thousand yuan GDP was decline, and the diversity of the ecological footprint increased slightly,while the eco-logical economic system development ability was in a clearly upward trend.lndicating that the sustainable development capacity of Gongtheng CNSCs was in a state of transition phase from the low level to high level development basing on resource consumption.
