异丙醇/柠檬酸三钠双水相体系萃取分离栀子苷的研究

摘要 采用异丙醇和柠檬酸三钠组成的双水相体系萃取分离技术从栀子果粉中获得高收率的栀子苷。用紫外分光光度法测定,栀子苷的标准曲线为C=0.029A+0.048,R2=0.998。实验选用与水互溶的常见低分子有机溶剂异丙醇与柠檬酸三钠作为双水相体系的组成物质,研究体系组分含量变化时栀子苷在上下相中的质量浓度,确定异丙醇/柠檬酸三钠体系萃取栀子苷的最佳条件为:双水相体系的总量为10m L,V异丙醇/V水=7/3(m L),柠檬酸三钠的质量为1.1g,栀子苷的收率达99.87%。 Isopropanol/salt aqueous two-phase system was used to extract geniposide. Measured by UV spectrophotometry, the standard curve of geniposide was C=0.029A+0.048, R2 = 0.998. Common low molecular experiment, water-miscible organic solvent isopropyl alcohol and sodium citrate was used as the composition of the material aqueous two-phase systems, the influence of system component content on geniposide mass concentration in extraction system was studied. The optimum extraction conditions were: total aqueous two-phase system was 10mL, V(isopropanol)/V(water)=7/3(mL), sodium citrate quality was lag, yield of geniposide was up to 99.87%.
