摘要
总结了近年来聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)修饰磁性纳米四氧化三铁粒子(magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles,IONP)的研究成果。对合成工艺进行了比较和分析,同时对复合纳米材料在药物载体、核磁成像、酶工程、转基因载体和生物芯片等领域的应用进行了总结和展望。
The study result of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles modified with polyamidoamine(IONP) was reviewed. The synthesis technology of IONP was compared and analyzed. At the same time, the application of nanocomposite in some fields such as drug carrier, magnetic resonance imaging,enzyme engineering, transgenic vector and biochip were summarized and prospected.
