Practical Difficulties and System Guarantee of the Connection Between High School Education and Higher Education

"高高衔接"指高中教育和高等教育的有效衔接,这两级教育是整个教育体系中非常重要的两个阶段,其衔接问题成为当前研究的一个热点。当前,实现"高高衔接"遇到了师资流动困难、人才结构失衡、课程衔接不畅等方面的实践困境。为了实现这两个学段教育的平稳过渡,应当从师资共享、招生分流、学分互认等方面进行制度破解。

＂High-higher connection ＂ means the connection between high school education and higher education,which are very important for the whole education system.The connection of the two educational phases has become a hotspot of the current research.High school education is different from university education in the training objectives,curriculum,teaching methods,teachers,and many other aspects.Currently,to achieve ＂high- higher connection ＂ goal we experience difficulties in teachers＇ transformation,the structural imbalance in talent,the difficulty in combine the two curriculums and other aspects in practice,in order to achieve the smooth transition between these two levels of education,the best ways to solve these problems are：first,teachers should be shared,second,enrollment should be separated,third,mutual credits should be identified.
