基于个体特征的大学生创业意愿影响因素研究——以XX大学管理学院学生为例

On Influence Factors of Entrepreneurial Intention of College Students Based on Individual Characteristics——Take Students from School of Management of XX University for Instance

随着我国经济形势的日益严峻以及高校毕业生数量的逐年增加,大学生就业难的问题日益凸显。鼓励大学生自主创业,不仅能够解决大学生自身的就业问题,还能为社会发展注入活力。本文运用文献调查、专家访谈、问卷调查等方式,归纳出影响大学生创业意愿的因素,并据此制定对大学生进行针对性指导的策略,力图对大学生创业能力及其群体自主创业率的提高产生积极作用。

As the economic situation of China becoming increasingly severe and the college graduates increasing year by year,college students＇ employment problem is becoming increasingly prominent.Motivating college students to be self-employed will not only address the problem of college students＇ employment,but also energize the community.Using literature survey,expert interviews,questionnaires,etc,this article concludes the influence factors of entrepreneurial intention of college students and accordingly offers targeted guidance for college students,aiming to positively enhancing entrepreneurial ability of college students and increasing the ratio of group self-employed.
