摘要
本文运用调查和理论分析的方法,探讨了航海人才培养存在的问题,提出了航海技术本科专业"3+1"人才培养模式,构建了"基础认识-综合实践-应用提高"的实践课程体系。
The paper uses the methods of investigation and theoretical analysis to talk about the problems of talents cultivation,puts forward the ＂ 3 ＋ 1＂ talents cultivation mode and builds the ＂ basic understanding-comprehensive practice-improvement＂ practice curriculum system.
