摘要
加强大学章程建设是完善现代大学制度的重要环节。大学章程的性质和地位决定了其在高校依法治校过程中的重要地位。吉林大学较早地提出了依法治校战略,进行了大学章程建设的探索实践。以大学章程的修订和新形势下推进依法治校为契机,全面总结经验,提出新的思考,对我国高校开展依法治校和加强大学章程建设具有借鉴意义。
Strengthening the university regulations construction is an important link to improve the modern university system.The nature and status of university regulations determines its important position in the process of Jilin University earlier proposed strategy of administering university according to the law and carried on the exploration of university statutes construction.Facing the new situation and opportunity of university statutes reform and administering university according to the law,a comprehensive summary of the experience and a new thinking can provide considerable demonstration and reference for our university＇s strengthening university statutes construction and administering university according to the law.
