摘要
从德育内化环境外驱力和德育客体内需性契合度把握,德育内化内容与形式选择、德育"递减效应"掌控三个操作性方面比较中日德育内化过程的差异,为我国德育内化工作提供了一定借鉴。具体来说:一是灵活处理德育环境外驱力与德育受体内需性契合度问题;二是德育内化过程必须抓住认知机制和情感机制的合力;三是德育内化过程必须将理论灌输和实践体验结合;四是德育内化工作的实施上注意系统性。
From the perspective of the agreement between driving force deriving from environment in moral education internalization and internal requirement of moral education subject,content and form selection and descending effect in moral education internalization,we conclude the differences between moral education internalization between China and Japan,which provides reference for present moral education internalization in China.More specifically,in the course of moral education internalization,we should lay four suggestions stress on,which includes flexible handling with driving force deriving from environment in moral education internalization and internal requirement of moral education subject,holding fast to both cognitive mechanism and emotional mechanism,incorporation of instilling law and practical experience and taking systematicness into account in executing process.
