摘要
文章主要研究了海水淡化副产浓海水电渗析制卤的过程,优化了生产工艺。发现浓海水净化后通过电渗析膜组件,Na+、K+、Cl-等一价离子选择透过性较好,控制脱盐率80%时,所得浓盐水盐度≥20%,其中:Na Cl≥210 g/L、KCl≥6 g/L;浓水量为原料量的15.5%,浓缩回收率:Na Cl≥80%、KCl≥85%,电渗析能耗≤40 k W·h/m3。
The article mainly researched the bittern making process of desalinated seawater electrodialysis from seawater desalination. Then the productive technology was optimized. It was found thatthe selective of permeability univalent ions was very good such as Na+ , K + and CI - after desalination by electron - osmosis membrane module. When controlling of the desalination rate was 80%, the concentrated brine salinity was 20% or higher, including that NaCI≥200 g/L, KCI≥ 6 g/L, concentrate water was 15.5% of the amount of raw materials, enrichment recovery was NaCI ≥80%, KCl≥85%, the electrodialysis energy consumptionS40 kW . h/m3.
