近年来由于海晶集团初级制卤区近30 km2面积被征占,使盐田蒸结比失调,部分浮卷式大塑苫结晶池不能充分其发挥功能,劳动生产率降低,生产成本增加。通过合理协调产盐布局和调整走水路线,使浮卷式大塑苫结晶池功能得到充分发挥。对其他盐场盐田被征占后的调整提供了参考。
