摘要
氨碱法生产工艺中,为了精制盐水要加入稍过量的石灰乳和纯碱液,因此产生过剩碱和过剩灰,为了严格控制过剩灰和过剩碱的量,所以就要分析检验苛化盐水与精盐水中过剩灰和过剩碱的量,分析原理就是根据混合碱分析原理。分析结果的计算尤为重要,要根据两个滴定体积来判定是哪一类混合碱从而选用合理的计算公式。
In order to refine salt water in ammonia soda production process, a slight excess of lime and soda ash solution should be added, which will produce excess base and excess ash. We must strictly control the amount of excess ash and excess base, so well analyze and test the excess amount of ash and base of caustic brine and salt water. The analysis is based on the principle of mixed alkali analysis principle. Calculation results of the analysis is particularly important, accord- ing to the two titration volumes to determine the type of mixed alkali, then a reasonable formula can be chosen.
