摘要
中小学教师研究多是限定性、事实期望性和问题解决性的。中小学教师研究必须吃透和尊重事实,然后才更利于研究可能和解决问题。口号性要求、愿望性要求和自以为是,使中小学教师研究僭越或偏离了事实,造成了研究的不成熟、不科学和不利于有效解决问题。其原因是人性使然、研究不彻底和研究目标的过度诱导。要想改变现状和提高研究的科学性,中小学教师研究必须彻底吃透和尊重事实,必须审慎思索与考究可能,必须讲证据、遵规律和别轻易下结论。
Most of current researches on primary and middle school teachers focus on qualitative,ideal and solvable perspectives.Seeking the truth should be beneficial to research on primary and middle school teachers.Exaggerative,expectative and self-satisfied requests digress from the facts of researches basically and cause the immature and unscientific approach to solve the problem,owing to the nature of human beings,the halfway studies and improper goals.Improving scientificity of researches on primary and middle school teachers need to roundly investigate on all facts and possibilities to come to a conclusion,depending on real evidences and universal laws.
