摘要
幼儿教师与小学教师的合作有助于教师专业发展和"幼小衔接"。由于缺乏制度保障、条件支撑和心理认同,教师合作失败阻碍"幼小衔接"的实施和教师专业发展。推进教师有效合作,需要整合幼儿教师与小学教师教育体系,探索幼儿园和小学校本教研一体化,完善幼儿教师与小学教师合作的制度和条件。
The cooperation between preschool teacher and primary school teacher is helpful to teacher professional development and transition from kindergarten to primary school.Deficiency of system guarantee,conditional Supports and psychology identity lead to failure of the cooperation,which will hinder teacher professional development and transition from kindergarten to primary school.Promoting the cooperation needs perfect system and conditions,integration of kindergarten teacher education and Primary School teacher education,integration of School-based educational research and kindergarten-based research.
