护手霜微生物二次污染调查与分析 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis of secondary microbial pollution in hand cream

摘要 目的了解市场所售常规护手霜经大学生使用后微生物污染状况,指导大学生规范合理使用化妆品,避免因微生物二次污染所致的潜在皮肤伤害。方法购买市面销售的大众使用的护手霜10个品牌,每个品牌10管,共计100管,发放给大学生志愿者使用。调查使用2个月后护手霜微生物二次污染情况,测定方法按照GB 7918.1—1987《化妆品微生物标准检验方法》进行,依据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)判定是否合格。结果市售10个品牌随机回收的50份样品经使用后,细菌总数检测不合格率为26.00%,真菌总数检测不合格率为36.00%;粪大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均未检出。结论市场所售护手霜经大学生使用后霉菌污染超标,远远高于细菌污染(P<0.05)。化妆品二次污染主要由大学生不当使用习惯及通风性较差的使用场所的整体卫生环境所致。 Objective To investigate the microbial contamination condition of regular cosmetics using in college students sold in market, so as to provide reasonable instruction use of cosmetics for college students, and avoide the potential of skin damage caused by the secondary pollution. Methods A total of 100 tubes of hand cream with 10 brands were bought in the market which were distributed to college students to use. The secondary microbial pollution status after 2 months of using was deter- mined according to the determination method with the Microbial Standard Inspection Method (GB 7918.1--1987), and the hy- giene quality was judged according to Cosmetics Health Standard (2007). Results The unqualified rate of bacterial quantity in 50 samples randomly collected from the products in 10 bands after using was 26.00%, and the unqualified rate of fungus was 36.00%. Fecal coliform bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus , Pseudomonas aeruginosa were not detected. Conclusion The micro- zyme contamination in hand cream was far higher than bacterial contamination after college students use ( P 〈 0.05 ). The sec- ondary pollution in cosmetics is mainly caused by the improper use habits of college students and the overall health of the envi- ronment with poor ventilation.
