摘要
目的对景德镇市某汽车配件有限责任公司的职业病化学有害因素进行综合评价,提出职业卫生防护对策和建议。方法按照《工作场所防止职业中毒卫生工程防护措施规范》,采用现场调查和检测等方法,识别职业病危害因素,并进行定性分析与定量分析。结果该公司存在的职业病化学有害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸乙酯,现场检测结果表明,该厂职业病化学有害因素的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)和时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)分别为:苯<0.6 mg/m3,甲苯、二甲苯<1.2 mg/m3,乙苯<1.3 mg/m3,乙酸乙酯<12.8 mg/m3,均未超过国家标准规定的职业接触限值。结论该企业作业岗位职业病危害因素综合指数(I)为0.070,评价结论为合格。
Objective To make a comprehensive evaluation on the harmful chemical factors in an auto parts Co. , LTD in Jing- dezhen city, and to propose occupational health protection countermeasures and suggestions. Methods According to Hygienic Engineering Measures for Preventing and Controlling Occupational Poisoning in the Work Place, the methods of field investigation and test were used to identify the occupational - disease - inductive factors, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis were accomplished. Results The chemical occupational disease hazard factors in this company were benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl benzene, ethyl acetate, and the testing results showed that the CSTEL and C,rwA were respectively like that benzene was less than 0.6 mg/m3 , toluene, xylene were less than 1.2 mg/m3 , ethyl benzene was less than 1.3 mg/m3, and ethyl acetate was less than 12.8 mg/m3 , all of them conformed to contact limit of the national standards. Conclusion The enterprise occupational - disease -inductive factors comprehensive index(I) was 0.070, and the conclusion of evaluation was qualified.
