2013年-2014年深圳市福田区肠道腺病毒感染情况分析 被引量:3

Investigation on enteric adenovirus infection among patients with diarrhea in Futian,Shenzhen during 2013-2014

摘要 目的了解深圳市福田区肠道腺病毒的感染情况及其分子流行病学特征,为肠道腺病毒感染的临床治疗提供依据。方法收集2013年1月-2014年12月深圳市福田区1 188例疑似腹泻患者的粪便标本,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)进行肠道腺病毒的核酸检测。对肠道腺病毒核酸阳性标本,进一步应用特异性引物扩增肠道腺病毒的hexon区。扩增产物测序后,构建系统进化树,对其型别进行鉴定,并对患者的流行病学资料进行统计分析。结果 2013年-2014年福田区肠道腺病毒的总体阳性率为2.53%(30/1 188),其中〈6月龄、6月龄~11月龄、1岁~4岁和〉5岁患者的检出率分别为1.79%(4/224)、3.03%(8/264)、4.19%(14/334)和1.19%(4/366)。肠道腺病毒的感染无明显的季节变化特征。系统进化树显示福田区肠道腺病毒以41型为主要流行株。结论肠道腺病毒是福田区病毒性腹泻的主要病原体之一,其中Ad41是本地区肠道腺病毒的主要流行株。 Objective To evaluate enteric adenovirus infection and etiological prevalence in Futian district, Shenzhen, so as to provide primary data for the clinical treatment of diarrhea. Methods Stool specimens were collected from 1 188 patients with suspected viral diarrhea in Futian district, Shenzhen from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014. Nucleic acid of enteric adenoviruses was de- tected using real- time polymerase chain reaction(real- time PCR). And then all of the enteric adenovirus positive samples were conducted for the amplification on hexon area with the specific primers. The amplification products were sequenced, and then the phylogentic tree was constructed and genotype was identified. And the etiological data of the cases were statistically an- alyzed. Results The total positive rate of enteric adenovirus was 2.53% (30/1 188) during 2013 -2014. The detection rates of patients under 6 months, 6 -11 months, 1 -4 years and above 5 years were 1.79% (4/224), 3.03% (8/264), 4.19% (14/334) and 1.19% (4/366) , respectively. There was no significant seasonal features of EAdV infections. According to the phylogenic tree, type 41 was the predominant strain of enteric adenovirus in Shenzhen. Conclusion Enteric adenovirus is one of the major pathogens of viral diarrhea in Futian, of which Ad41 is the the dominant strain in the region.
