三亚市一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒实验室检测分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的对三亚市一起疑似食物中毒事件进行检测,为预防类似事件的发生提供科学依据。方法按照《食品卫生微生物学检验》GB 4789中的方法对事件中可疑样品进行常见病原菌分离鉴定,采用多重食源性致病菌核酸检测系统,对可疑副溶血性弧菌进行4种毒力基因检测,对分纯后的5株副溶血性弧菌做血清分型,最后用K-B扩散法进行药物敏感试验。结果检出5株副溶血性弧菌,血清型均为O3:K6型,均携带tdh、tlh和toxR基因,不携带trh基因,对庆大霉素、氯霉素等13种抗生素100%敏感,对青霉素、苯唑西林、羧苄青霉素、氨苄青霉素100%耐药。结论导致本次食物中毒事件的致病菌为O3:K6型副溶血性弧菌,建议三亚食品卫生监督部门应根据本地区特点加强对海产品的监测力度,督查餐饮机构自我管理能力,增强责任意识,防止类似事件再次发生。 Objective To give a laboratory test of suspected food poisoning incident in Sanya city, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of similar incidents. Methods According to the method of Food Hygiene Microbiological Test GB4789, suspicious samples were conducted for the isolation and identification of the common pathogenic bacteria. Using multiple food borne pathogenic bacteria nucleic acid detection system for the detection of 4 kinds of virulence genes on the suspected Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and then the purified 5 Vibrio parahaemolyticus were conducted for stereotyping, at last, using K - B diffusion method for drug sensitivity test. Results 5 Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected with serotype of 03 : K6 type ; all carrying tdh, tlh and toxR genes but not carrying trh gene; and were 100% sensitive to 13 kinds of antibiotics, such as gentamicin, chloramphenicol, and were 100% resistant to penicillin, benzene azole westwood, benzyl penicillin, ampicillin. Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria causing the food poisoning is 03 : K6 type Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which suggests Sanya food hygiene supervision departments should strengthen the monitoring of seafood according to the characteristics of its region, supervise the self - management ability of catering institutions, and then strengthen the responsibility consciousness, in order to prevent simi- lar incidents from happening again.
