常住人口变化对村卫生室服务和收入的影响初探

A preliminary study on the influence of permanent residents' change on the services and revenues of village clinics

目的:了解农村地区常住人口变化对村卫生室服务和收入的影响,提出对策。方法:文献研究与现场调查。结果:常住人口数与村卫生室基本公共卫生服务人次数呈高度正相关,与村卫生室总收入存在显著的相关关系,在常住人口减少幅度超过30%的地区与村卫生室门诊就诊人次数呈高度正相关,并对村卫生室的服务内容和服务形式提出了新的要求。结论:应当重视常住人口变化对村卫生室的影响,调整村卫生室布局,加强服务行为监管,引导村卫生室转变服务模式和服务内容,确保常住人口享有方便可及的基本医疗卫生服务。

Objective To learn about the influence of permanent residents＂ change on the services and revenues of vil- lage clinics and to put forward some suggestions. Methods Literature study and field investigation were made. Results The number of permanent residents was highly positively correlated with the number of basic public health services of village clinics and had a significant correlation with the total revenues of village clinics. In areas where permanent resi- dents decreased by more than 30 ~,the number of permanent residents was highly positively correlated with the num- ber of outpatients of village clinics and the change of permanent residents put forward new demands on the content anti mode of medical care and health services provided by village clinics. Conclusions To ensure the access of permanent resi- dents to basic medical care and health services,it is necessary to put emphasis on the influence of permanent residents＇ change on village clinics. Measures include adjusting the distribution of village clinics, strengthening the supervision of services and guiding the transition of service mode and contents of village clinics.
