摘要
目的:运用中文版评判性思维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)和中文简体加州评判性思维倾向量表(中译版CCTDI)衡量护理学生的评判性思维倾向,反思护理教学。方法:2015年5月购买75份中译版CCTDI,在吉林医药学院护理学院随机选取自愿参与评判性思维倾向调查的75名全日制大一~大三本科生,使用CTDI-CV和中译版CCTDI对学生进行评判性思维倾向调查。结果:CTDI-CV和中译版CCTDI总分均小于280分;除认知成熟度外,CTDI-CV和中译版CCTDI评判性思维倾向表现的6个方面和总分显示差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:两个量表反馈学生评判性思维倾向不足和存在差异,积极进行护理教学改革,提升学生评判性思维倾向。
Objective To measure the critical thinking dispositions of nursing undergraduates with the Chinese ver- sion of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI--CV) and the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inven- tory (CCTDI,simplified Chinese version), and to reflect on nursing teaching. Methods Seventy--five copies of CCTDI assessments were bought in May 2015. Seventy--five nursing undergraduates from freshmen to juniors in J ilin Medical University who participated voluntarily in the investigation of the critical thinking dispositions were randomly recruited and investigated with the two rating scales. Results Both the total scores of CTDI--CV and CCTDI were less than 280. There were statistically significant differences in the total score and six aspects of the critical thinking dispositions from the feedback of the two rating scale(P〈0.05), except for cognitive maturity. Conclusions The undergraduates" critical thinking dispositions are scant and different. It is imperative to actively carry out nursing teaching reform in order to improve the critical thinking dispositions of nursing undergraduate.
