改良与传统输尿管皮肤造口术的临床疗效比较

Comparison of clinical effects between modified and the traditional cutaneous ureterostomy

目的：比较改良和传统输尿管皮肤造口术的临床疗效。方法输尿管皮肤造口术患者58例，分为改良手术组（36例）和传统术式组（22例），对两组患者进行随访，比较两种术式患者造口效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果传统组及改良组造口感染分别为7例和3例（P ﹤0.05），乳头萎缩分别为4例和1例（P ﹤0.05），末端坏死分别为1例和0例（P ﹥0.05），外口狭窄分别为3例及2例（P ﹥0.05）。结论在患者身体状况允许的情况下，选择输尿管皮肤造口方式时应优先考虑行改良输尿管皮肤造口手术，以减少手术并发症。

Objective To compare the clinical effects between modified and traditional cutane-ous ureterostomy. Methods A total of 58 patients underwent cutaneous ureterostomy and follow-up,inclu-ding 22 cases in the traditional group and 36 cases in the modified group. The outcomes and postoperative complications were compared between groups. Results The numbers of cases of incision infection,atroph-ic papilla,necrosis,and external orifice stricture in the traditional and modified groups were 7 and 3（P ﹤0. 05）,4 and 1（P ﹤ 0. 05）,1 and 0（P ﹥ 0. 05）,and 3 and 2（P ﹥ 0. 05）,respectively. Conclusion If the patientsˊ physical condition allows,modified cutaneous ureterostomy should be primarily considered in order to reduce postoperative complications.
