摘要
以3-缩水甘油丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)为催化剂,合成环氧基POSS。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)对产物进行表征。在HLB=7的条件下,选择复合表面活性剂对环氧基POSS进行乳化,然后与聚磷酸铵(APP)按不同质量比制成复合阻燃剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理。结果表明,以m_(POSS)∶m_(APP)=6∶4的复合阻燃整液整理,棉织物的LOI值为40.08,续燃时间及阴燃时间均为0 s,损毁长度2 cm,快速失重温度210℃、残炭率为31%,阻燃效果明显。
Epoxy polyhedral oligemeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) is prepared by 3-glycidyloxy-propyl-trime- thoxysilane (KH-560) as a raw material and tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) as a catalyst. Ep- oxy-POSS is characterized by Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermal gravity analy- sis (TGA). Appropriate surfactant is selected to emulsify the epoxy-POSS under the HLB=7. Composite flame retardants with different mass ratios of epoxy-POSS to APP are prepared for flame retardant fin- ishing of cotton fabrics. The results show that when the mass ratio of epoxy-POSS to APP is 6:4, the fin- ished cotton fabric features good retardant effect with 40.08 of LOI, 0 s of the after flame time and after- glow time, 2 cm of the damaged length, 210 ℃ of the rapid weight loss temperature, and 31% of the car- bon residue rate.
