核电接管安全端异种金属焊缝残余应力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 核电一回路接管安全端是多材质组成的复杂焊接接头。利用有限元对热段接管安全端进行数值模拟,研究接管安全端的结构简化和热输入对焊缝轴向残余应力的影响。结果表明,简化模型与实际结构的模拟结果较为吻合。基于此,对比分析了各简化接管安全端在平均热输入时的焊缝轴向残余应力分布,并给出相应的求解系数表。
