摘要
互联网金融行业的风险包括违约风险、欺诈风险、政策风险以及操作风险等,为了完善互联网金融监管体系,可以通过建立不同参与主体之间的博弈分析模型的方法来研究完善监管体系。本文以P2P网贷为例,通过建立包括企业、借款方、贷款方和监管方在内的博弈模型,并结合实际案例的风险问题,提出了P2P网贷行业的监管措施,包括建立行业内的统一信用评级系统、提倡理性投资、引入保险制度、鼓励监管创新、建立适宜的利率定价机制和市场进入、运行、退出机制等。
There are default risk, fraud risk, policy risk and operational risk in Internet financial. In order to improve its Internet financial regulatory system, we establish game model between the different methods of participation. The study shows that management measures include establishing a unified credit rating system, promoting rational investment, introducting P2P net loan insurance systems, encouraging regulatory innovation, and establishing appropriate pricing mechanism and market exit mechanism.
