静脉注射百草枯中毒1例

A case report:intravenous paraquat poisoning

百草枯（paraquat,PQ）是目前世界范围内应用最广泛的除草剂,在我国生产和使用量较大。自杀性口服和误服是急性PQ中毒的主要原因,口服PQ中毒的病死率高达60%~87%〔1〕,预后极差。然而静脉注射PQ中毒较为罕见,与口服PQ中毒有不同之处,我院于2014年8月收治局部静脉注射PQ中毒患者1例,现报告如下。

In our hospital,there was 1case of paraquat poisoning by intravenous injection.This kind of disease has a short duration,and progresses rapidly.This patient died of multiple organ failure 62 hlater,mainly dominated by respiratory failure.Compared with oral intake the poisoning symptoms progresses faster when paraquat was given by intravenous,and the prognosis is poorer.
