摘要
采用矿相显微镜、扫描电镜和矿物自动解离系统对不同碱度的钢渣进行物相的微观形貌、化学成分、物相定量组成、主要元素的赋存状态和含铁物相的嵌布特征进行分析。矿相显微镜和扫描电镜下物相形貌分析结果表明,4组钢渣形貌主要由方形状、圆粒状和无定形状的金属矿物,小颗粒粒状集合体和长板状的硅酸盐矿物组成;组成这4组钢渣的物相主要包括硅钙氧化物、钙铁氧化物和铁镁钙固溶体;高碱度和低碱度的钢渣中铁和硅的元素赋存特征结果表明,这两种元素均是以硅酸二钙、铁酸钙、RO相和硅酸三钙为赋存载体的;含铁物相的嵌布特征测定结果显示,硅酸二钙、铁酸钙和RO相3种物相相互包裹,形成一种相互包裹的复合体。
The micro-morphology of phases,the chemical component,the quantitative composition of phases,the occurrence state of main elements and the dissemination characteristics of iron-containing phases in steel slag with different alkalinity were analyzed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and mineral liberation analysis(MLA).The morphology analysis of phases by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope showed that four groups of steel slag morphology were mainly composed of square and rounded metallic minerals,the amorphous metallic minerals,the small particle aggregates and long lath-shaped silicate minerals.The phases in these four groups of steel slag mainly included calcium-silicon oxides,calcium-iron oxides and iron-magnesium-calcium solid solution.The occurrence state results of iron and silicon in steel slag with high alkalinity and low alkalinity indicated that two elements existed in carriers including dicalcium silicate,calcium ferrite,RO phase and tricalcium silicate.The determination results of embedded characteristics of iron-containing phases showed that dicalcium silicate,calcium ferrite and RO phase were mutually packaged,forming a complex.
