Urban and rural construction is the soul in the process of the modernization of engineering. In today's global emphasis onecological civilization,the problem of our country's urban and rural construction and environmental protection has aroused people's wideconcern. Taking Kunming of Yunnan as an example,from the perspective of ecological civilization,this paper discusses the protection ofwater resources,air pollution control,ecological environment problems such as urban construction and environmental protection.
