摘要
针对独立学院大学英语胜任型教师这一群体的职业发展困境,以调查问卷、课堂观察和访谈的形式展开研究,结果表明,即使有先进的教学理念,胜任型青年教师在教学和科研领域都存在缺乏职业规划、身份认同较低等问题。文章提出的对策是独立学院应给予青年教师优良发展环境,完善学院管理制度,创立配套培养机制。青年教师应自觉制定职业发展规划,组建多样化教师互助团队,实现科研互助合作。
This research focuses on secondary college English competent teachers'profession development,using questionnaire, classroom observation and discussion as tools to do further research. The results show that the highly educated competent teachers have ad?vanced teaching concept,but their teaching beliefs are not well reflected in the classroom teaching practice. They are confused about their professional development and have a poor sense of identity as college teachers.The strategies of this predicament is that secondary college should provide better profession environment to competent teachers in order to improve the system of college management and create a set of corresponding training mechanism. Teachers themselves should consciously make professional development,form a diversified mutu?al-aid team to achieve mutual cooperation of scientific research.
