摘要 船舶推进轴系的对中状态直接影响轴系的振动,分析其影响规律对于识别和有效控制异常振动具有重要意义。文中艉轴承支撑力采用与标高有关的非线性模型,考虑螺旋桨的不平衡回旋,在此基础上根据有限元方法建立了连续轴系的非线性动力学模型。通过求解非线性动力学响应,分析艉轴承标高与轴系垂直弯曲振动二者之间的关系,可为改善轴系对中状况与减小轴系振动提供参考。 The state of shafting alignment can directly affect the shafting vibration. Analyzing the influence law of the shafting alignment is of great significance for the recognition and effective control of the abnormal vibrations. In this paper, the nonlinear dynamic model related to stern bearing elevation was used, and the propeller imbalance whirling was considered. On this basis, a mathematical model for nonlinear dynamic analysis of the shafting system was established by means of the finite element method. The nonlinear dynamic response of the shafting system was solved. The relation between the stern bearing elevation and the vertical bending vibration was analyzed. This work has provided a reference for improving the status of bearing elevation and reducing the lateral vibration.
