摘要
目的比较有攻击行为的住院精神分裂症患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的性别差异及其与正常人群的差异,为精神分裂症攻击行为的防范提供科学依据。方法取入院前及入院3天内有攻击行为的精神分裂症患者为研究组,共110例,其中男性62例,女性48例,选取同期来我院的健康体检者为对照组,共73例,其中男性31例,女性42例。采集静脉血制备血浆后用ELISA试剂盒定量测定各组血浆中5-HT水平,分析各组血浆5-HT水平的差异。结果研究组血清5-HT浓度为(849.90±83.56)ng/ml,对照组为(852.15±82.48)ng/ml,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有攻击行为的精神分裂症男性患者血清5-HT浓度为(822.91±84.90)ng/ml,女性患者为(696.99±81.80)ng/ml,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有攻击行为的精神分裂症患者血清5-HT浓度无性别差异,血清5-HT水平与有攻击行为精神分裂症患者无显著相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum 5 - HT and schizophrenia inpatients with aggressive behavior and sex differences of serum 5 - HT in schizophrenia inpatients with aggressive behavior,in order to offer evidence for prevention ag-gressive behavior of schizophrenia inpatients. Methods Total 110 schizophrenia inpatients(62 men and 48 women)with aggressive behavior were selected as study group and 73 healthy adults(31 men and 42 women)were selected as control group. We collected the venous blood samples and prepared plasma. ELISA kits were used to detect the concentration of 5 - HT in the plasma samples. Results The 5 - HT level of study group was(849. 90 ± 83. 56)ng/ ml and the control group was(852. 15 ± 82. 48)ng/ ml,there was no sta-tistical significance between two groups(P > 0. 05). In the schizophrenia inpatients with aggressive behavior,the 5 - HT level of men was(822. 91 ±84. 90)ng/ ml and the women was(696. 99 ±81. 80)ng/ ml,there was no statistical significance between men and women (P >0. 05). Conclusion The 5 - HT level is no sex difference in schizophrenia inpatients with aggressive behavior and the relationship between 5 - HT level and schizophrenia inpatients with aggressive behavior is not found.
