民间文学的道德教育作用向来为人们所重视,传统道德观念通过民间故事的讲述而代代相传,使得满族民间故事有着非常丰富的传统伦理道德意蕴。家庭、劳动、爱情、生活等各种题材的故事,反映了满族劳动人民的道德观念和道德理想,是一种文化精神的有效载体,表达了满族人民对真善美的追求和对假丑恶的鞭笞,成为承载满族人民伦理道德思想的重要载体和表达方式,对满族的民族精神、民族性格、民族心理的形成和发展产生了极其深远的影响。

The moral educational function of folk literature has always been paid great attention. Tradition moral values was passed on from generation to generation through folktales, which made Manchu folktales have rich implications of traditional ethics. Stories about family, labor, love and life are a kind of effective carriers of cultural sprit which can reflect the moral values and moral ideal of Manchu people, and express Manchu people’ s pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty. Meanwhile it has great influence on the formation and development of Manchu national spirit, character and psychology.
