论推进高校“两个责任”有效落实的问题与对策

On the Effective Implementation of the“Two Responsibilities”and Its Countermeasures

为全面推进高校"两个责任"的进一步有效落实,及时发现党风廉政建设和反腐败工作中存在的问题与短板,有针对性地制定和完善措施,确保"两个责任"落到实处,进而推动高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作向纵深发展。本文从高校"两个责任"落实现状入手,在分析党的十八大以来,高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作现状、问题、成因的基础上,适应新要求提出相应的对策与措施,以期进一步推进高校"两个责任"的有效落实。

In order to promote the effective implementation of“Two Responsibilities”in colleges and uni?versities, timely find the problems and shortcomings existing in the construction of a clean and honest party and anti-corruption work, and therefore make measures to ensure the implementation of the“Two Responsibility”and promote the further development of the construction of a clean and honest party and anti-corruption work in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some countermeasures by analyzing the situation, problems and their causes of the construction of Party’working style and anti-corruption in colleges and universities since the Eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China.
