新生代农民工的社会保障问题探析

随着我国经济的持续发展,城市化的进程大大加快,越来越多的农村闲置人口向城镇转移,这些群体即是农民工群体。新生代农民工是非常特殊的群体,他们大多比较年轻。现在来看,新生代农民工社会保障现状不容乐观。笔者认为可以通过加强新生代农民工自身能力的建设,增强政府的执行力,发挥政府的效力,用人单位依法承担自己的责任,强化社会保障行政部门的责任等措施,推进新生代农民工社会保障制度的构建进程,有效保障他们的权益,实现社会公平正义。

With the sustained development of economy in our country and the greatly accelerated process of urbanization, more and more idle population in the countryside move to the town and they are called the mi?grant workers. The new generation migrant workers are very special because most of them are very young. The social security situation of them is not optimistic. By strengthening the construction of the new generation of mi?grant workers, enhancing the implementation of the government, giving full play to the government effective?ness, the employer bearing their responsibilities, strengthening the responsibility of the social security adminis?trative departments, This paper puts forward some ways to promote the process of the construction of the new generation of migrant workers social security system, and effectively protect the rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers to achieve social fairness and justice.
