The open platform of R&Tv university enjoys the diffirent conditions and environment from that of full-time school and offers unique advantages to the research of curriculum develop-ment of local resources. This paper studies the problem from four aspects:the construction of curric-ulum resources,the growth of the teachers,humanistic quality of students and the service brand of R&Tv university.
