脉冲整形器在聚碳酸酯的SHPB试验中的应用

摘要 对聚碳酸酯材料进行不同应变率下SHPB试验的动态力学响应的研究,同时采用脉冲整形器技术分析了其尺寸和撞击速度与脉冲波形的影响关系,再应用到SHPB试验中以获得聚碳酸酯试件在试验过程中满足动态应力平衡的条件,以及获得近似恒应变率加载的条件.试验结果表明,聚碳酸酯材料具有应变率敏感效应,并且强度随着应变率的增大而提高. The dynamic responses of polycarbonate material under different strain rates are studied using SHPB experiment.Also a pulse shaper technique is applied to analyzing the relationship among the pulse shaper's size,impact velocity and pulse wave,and then the dynamic stress equilibrium conditions of the polycarbonate specimens during the experiment are obtained through applying the relationship into SHPB experiment,as well approximate constant strain rate loading conditions are acquired.The experimental results show that the polycar-bonate material is sensitive to strain rate and its strength increases with the increasing of strain rate.
