摘要
以可生物降解的热塑性脂肪族聚酯PHB为原材料,添加卤胺化合物5,5-二甲基-3-(3’-三乙氧基硅丙基)-海因聚合物(PSPH),利用溶剂挥发法制备具有高效抗菌效果的薄膜。采用SEM、FT-IR、DSC表征和分析了薄膜的表面形貌、结构和热性能。此外,还考察了薄膜的力学、润湿、抗紫外和释放稳定性。根据AATCC 2004检测方法测试氯含量为1.204×1018atoms/cm2薄膜的抗菌性能,结果显示,氯化后的PHB/PSPH复合薄膜具有良好的抗菌效果,在5 min内即可将金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌全部杀死。该抗菌复合薄膜有望应用于食品包装、生物医学等领域。
Antibacterial films were prepared by solvent evaporation technique by the mixtures of 5,5-dimethyl-3-( 3'-triethoxysilylpropyl) hydantoin polymer( PSPH) and polyhydroxybutyrate( PHB) which is a biodegradable and thermoplastic aliphatic polyester. The surface morphology,structure and thermo property were measured by SEM,FT-IR and DSC.The tensile test,wetting property,UV light stability,and controlled release characteristic were investigated. The antimicrobial activities of chlorinated films with 1. 204 × 1018 atoms / cm^2 of active chlorine were challenged with Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli O157∶ H7 according to AATCC 2004 test method,and showed good efficacy against these bacterial species by inactivating 100% Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli O157: H7 within 5 min. The films may serve as potential materials for food packaging and biomedical applications.
