Evaluation Modes for Educational Cooperation Programs in Universities between Fujian and Taiwan

闽台高校联合培养人才项目已完成改革发展初期的培育任务,但质量评估模式缺失。改革创新、提高质量、服务需求是项目纵深发展和评估模式确立的价值取向。审核评估模式是现阶段项目改革的恰当选择,其定位应有益于尊重项目改革创新特质,重视项目质量产出效果,满足服务项目示范辐射需求。审核评估模式下项目评估内涵诉求应有益于目标定位特色化、课程教学匹配化、产学合作实用化、学习成效过程化、质量改善常态化的实现。

The educational cooperation programs in the universities between Fujian and Taiwan have completed the cultivating task of the early reform and development, but they still lacks the evaluation modes for the teaching quality. Reforms and innovations, promoting the quality of service and service demand are the value-orientations for the evaluation modes. The evaluation mode of review is an appropriate choice for reforming the present issues, which is beneficial for the specialization of target location, the matching of curriculum, the practice of industry-academy cooperation, the procedure of learning effects and the normalization of quality improvement.
