基于高等教育开放性的闽台交流合作的思考

Reflections on Exchange and Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Based on Openness of Higher Education

福建是大陆与台湾高等教育合作成效最显著的省份之一。针对闽台合作现状和高等教育开放性的特征,福建应充分发挥区位优势,深化闽台高等教育交流合作。闽台高等教育深化合作交流应遵循量体裁衣、因地制宜、互利共赢、为我所用,多元开放、深度推进的原则,应在原有闽台合作基础上,在办学模式、教育教学活动、科研攻关、服务区域、师资队伍建设、传承与传播文化等六个方面推进开放和合作,应建立闽台高等教育合作治理机构和质量保障标准,以及闽台高校应建立相应的高校联盟,进行有效合作。

Fujian is one of the most remarkable mainland provinces that have cooperated effectively with Taiwan in higher education. Based on the current cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and the openness of higher education, it is suggested that Fujian should make full use of its location in geography and take a further step in deepening the exchange and cooperation among higher education between Fujian and Taiwan. The further exchange and cooperation should be goal-oriented and proper, take into account local conditions, adopt a win-win strategy, be multi-style and open and be deeply and further impelled. Therefore, based on the existing cooperative foundation, higher education in Fujian and Taiwan should prompt further openness and cooperation in the following six perspectives: school-running policies, teaching activities, scientific researches, and service areas, construction of teaching staff and cultural inheritance and popularization. It is also suggested that administration institutions of higher education cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan be established, standards of quality be set up, colleges alliance be connected to guarantee an effective cooperation.
