新形势下加强高校二级学院党建工作的思考

Some Thoughts on Strengthening the Party Construction in Colleges within Universities under New Situations

当前高校二级学院存在党政关系不够明确,基层党组织负责人素质和能力亟待提高,有些教师党员党性不强等问题。高校要确立切实可行的党建目标,加强党政协调配合,选配好二级学院党委书记,严格管理党务干部,切实发挥党支部和党员的作用,以使党建工作成为高校二级学院建设和发展的思想保证和组织保证。

In order to implement comprehensively the requirements of the Party on"administrating the Party strictly", this paper tries to analyze the new circumstances and problems from the Party construction in the colleges within universities, and to put forward some countermeasures for strengthening and improving the Party construction in the colleges within universities so as to make the Party construction on the basic level play well its guaranteeing roles both ideologically and organizationally in the reconstruct and development of the colleges.
