摘要
运用一种新的数字化采集电容值的方法对油气润滑ECT系统实时性和图像的精确度的问题进行研究。首先利用MATLAB仿真软件优选出了FIR数字滤波器的各个参数,且引入了全相位频谱分析技术得出了信号的频谱图;同时结合CCS软件读取采集的电容值并统计出数据采集时间,最后运用采集电容的准确度、数据采集系统所需时间和图像的成像精度三个评价指标对这种数字化ECT系统进行了分析。结果表明:该方法减少了采集板结构和所占的空间,同时使系统的实时性、采集电容的准确度及图像的成像精度得到了进一步的提高。
A new method for collecting capacitance values digitally is employed to study the real-time property and image ac-curacy of ECT that is used in the oil-air lubrication system. Firstly, parameters of the FIR digital filter are preferred by the MATLAB software, and spectrums are obtained by introducing all-phase spectrum analysis technique. Secondly, capacitance values are read and date acquisition time is calculated by the CCS software. Finally, three evaluation indicators, the accuracy of collecting capacitance values, date acquisition time and images precision, are used to analyze properties of the digital ECT system. The results show that the acquisition board structure and space is reduced, and the real-time property of the system, accuracy of collecting capacitance values and images precision are further improved.
