摘要
随着带式输送机向长运距、大运载能力、大倾角的方向发展,对逆止器的性能要求越来越高,一旦逆止器失效将导致严重后果[1].根据BH11-1皮带机产生的一系列故障现象,通过理论计算推断故障原因,为后续整改工作提供理论依据.多角度分析可能造成逆止器失效的因素,提出整改措施,有效提高逆止器的可靠性.
With the development of belt conveyor towards the direction of long distance, large capacity and large angle, per-formance requirements to the backstop become higher and higher, for the failure of backstop will lead to serious consequences. According to a series of failures of BH11-1 conveyor, failure causes are inferred by theoretical calculations. It also provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up rectification work. In this paper, the failure causes of the backstop are analyzed, and cor-rective measures are proposed to improve the reliability of the backstop.
