摘要
采用粘结式实心轮胎结构是德系H-Bahn型悬挂式单轨与日系safege单轨的主要区别之一,分析了实心橡胶轮胎的非线性压缩性质,构建了实心橡胶轮胎的压缩数学拟合模型,并与Ansys力学分析结果进行对比验证模型的正确性。
One of the main differences between the Germany H-Bahn monorail and the Japanese safege monorail is whether it uses solid tire structure. In this paper, the nonlinear compression properties of solid rubber tire is analyzed, and compression mathematical fitting model of the solid rubber tire is constructed, finally, correctness of the model is validated by comparing with the ANSYS analysis results.
