汽车前围装饰板设计浅析

Analysis of Design for the Cowl Cover

前围装饰板是汽车的重要外部装饰物,其主要作用是用来遮挡前围区域,防止异物入侵车身,同时还起到进气、排水等作用。主要讲述了前围装饰板的功用、结构设计,并且对前围装饰板的性能提出了全面的要求。根据研发过程中常见的问题,将重点放在前围装饰板的结构设计上,并具体说明其优缺点和设计要点。总结以往设计经验,以在今后的车型开发中能够起到一定的参考作用,减少研发过程中不必要的整改,节约研发费用,加快研发进程。

Cowl cover is an important ornament of a car, its main function is to cover the front wall so as to prevent something else go into the car, and it makes air to come in and water to go out at the same time. In this paper, the function and structur-al design of cowl cover are mainly introduced, and requirements about the performance of cowl cover are also put forward. Ac-cording to the problems that appeared in the research and development process of the existing products in our company, the structural design of cowl cover is focused on, and the advantages and shortcomings are explained. After summarizing the de-sign experiences, it is expected to have definite reference effects for future development, and can reduce unnecessary reforma-tion in research process, so as to save the expenses and accelerate the process of research and development.
