摘要
针对卷烟生产加工过程中存在的装箱烟丝卸料过程劳动强度大效率低下的难题,应用仿生学原理,设计了一种立柱-悬臂式提升卸料机,并通过对一种新型的抓钉机械手机构的设计,实现了在抓紧力不大的情况下仍然能够将纸质物料箱稳定抓起。通过试制样机验证了设计的合理性与可行性。
Facing on the problem that it's difficult to unload the pipe tobacco in the cigarette production and processing, a col-umn cantilever lifting unloading machine is designed according to the principle of bionics in this paper. A new type of pin ro-bot manipulator is designed to grab the paper material box stably without large force. A model machine is also made to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design at last.
