摘要
为了提高煤炭的产量,满足我国对于煤炭日益增长的需求,简述了带式输送机的应用现状,分析了带式输送机的安装步骤,针对带式输送机的常见故障提出了相应的解决方案。带式输送机在准备、安装、调试阶段都应该着力于细节,针对性地进行故障分析和解决。带式输送机是提高煤矿生产效率的重要工具,全方位地了解带式输送机的安装和调试过程,能够保证带式输送机的高效工作,提高煤矿企业的效益。
In order to improve the coal production and meet the growing demand of coal in China, the application status of belt conveyor is described, the installation process is analyzed, and the corresponding solutions for the common failure of belt con-veyor are then put forward in this paper. Belt conveyor should focus on the detail in stages of preparation, installation and commissioning, the failure analysis and solution should be conducted purposefully. Belt conveyor is an important tool to im-prove the production efficiency of coal mine, so to fully understand the installation and commissioning process of belt conveyor can ensure the efficient operation of belt conveyor and thus to improve the efficiency of coal mining enterprises.
