煤矿机电设备安装关键技术管窥

The Key Technology of Coal Mine Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Installation

随着我国经济的飞速发展,社会对煤炭资源的需求越来越大,能源是经济发展的基础和后盾,针对我国的煤矿企业也随着煤炭需求量的上升,且会用到很多煤矿机电设备,重点介绍机电设备的正常安装、并提高安装水平、提高煤矿的生产效率、减少安全事故的发生,通过煤矿机电设备安装的应用,分析煤矿的机电设备在安装的过程中常见的一些故障,并且找出了原因,得出提高煤矿机电设备安装安全的技术和措施的结论。

With rapid development of China's economy, the demand for coal resources is growing. Energy is the basis of eco-nomic development, and the coal mining enterprises in our country increase with the rise of coal demand, and that would use a lot of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipments. In this paper, focusing on introduction of the normal installation, im-provement of the installation level and the coal mine production efficiency, and reducing the occurrence of safety accidents. Through application of the mechanical and electrical equipments in coal mine, some common failures in the mechanical and e-lectrical equipments installation process are analyzed, and the causes are then found out, thus it is concluded with technology and measures that could improve safety in installation of the mechanical and electrical equipments.
